ChristNet Services
Today we had the honor of visiting ChristNet Services and handing out approximately 35 blanket wraps. ChristNet Services is a warming shelter located in Taylor, Michigan that helps homeless men and women get out of the cold, eat a warm meal, and find a place to stay.
While handing out our blanket wraps, we talked to the people and spent a lot of time with Ms. Petri discussing more opportunities to help. At ChristNet we found that our newest patterns went the fastest. Our pineapple blanket wrap was especially popular with one man because of the different colors! We also received advice, from men, on upcoming pattern ideas like more solid colors so they don’t stand out as much.
